IN this week I am continuing to develop the assembly that will switch on and off the lights. Despite the design being strong of paper the execution has raised problem. Thees mailly setem form the limits of the three 3d printer. To solve this we will thicken the ralles that the top sections will run on in hopes that they give a stronger foundation for the 3d printer to print on. Another problem we are trying to overcome in the margin for error of the 3d printer. The hole that the screw needs to go in to is not centered enough thus the hole system is shifted to the right. I will hope to solve this problem by trial and error. The next step is printing the last peace out and gluing everything to gather. Then we will begin to run basic function test.
